I purchase this product as it gave me the flexibility to Heat and Cool and be portable.The product seems to work as claimed but it does have some quirks that could make it better.The AC requires the condensation to be stored in the unit.When full it shuts off.The drain valve is on the back.Installation through a window is a bit poor with the attachements provided.I need to make some modifications to allow it to seal on my casement window.I really wanted to go through the wall, and I may in the future but the hose sizes not standard and it makes it difficult.The real positive of this experience is the customer service of [...].I attempted to purchase this unit from another company and although it was cheaper I cancelled the order after multiple attempts to get it shipped.I was only able to communicate to them via email and looked up the company on Better Business and they had an "F" rating.I ordered this through [...] and had free shipping and it arrive on my doorstep the next day.All I can say is WOW.
